INGREDIENTS
8 ounce wheel of brie cheese
1 large Honeycrisp apple, peeled and diced into 1/4-inch pieces
1 TBSP unsalted butter
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 TBSP raw honey
1/3 cup walnut pieces
crackers or bread for serving

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Place the brie cheese into the center of a pie plate or shallow baking dish then set aside.
Add the diced apple and butter to a pan over medium-high heat and cook, stirring often, for about 4 minutes.
Add the cinnamon, salt, honey, and walnuts to the pan and cook while stirring for about 1 minute.
Spread the apple mixture over top of the brie then bake in the preheated oven until the brie is softened and gooey, about 15 minutes.
Allow to cool for about 5 minutes then serve with breads and/or crackers.
