INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup olive oil
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
1 TBSP whole-grain mustard
1 medium garlic clove, minced
salt & freshly ground black pepper
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl along with 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper until well incorporated.
Taste and season with addition salt & pepper, if needed.
Use immediately or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for later use.
