INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup olive oil
3 TBSP white balsamic vinegar
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 TBSP Dijon mustard
salt & freshly ground black pepper
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, Dijon, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
Taste and season with additional salt & pepper if needed.
