INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe avocados - peeled, pitted, and roughly chopped
  • 4 cups whole milk, cold
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract



DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and green.
