Israeli Salad
A chopped vegetable salad with lemon and olive oil, a well known salad of Israel.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Serve at room temperature or refrigerate for later.
