Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients
1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
1 TBSP rice vinegar
1 TBSP water
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 dash white pepper
1 TBSP granulated sugar
3/4 cup canola oil
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients except oil in a bowl.
2. Slowly whisk in oil until emulsified.
3. Makes about 8 ounces of dressing.
