INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 2 TBSP red wine vinegar
• 3 TBSP capers
• 1 garlic clove, minced, about 2 cloves
• 1 small shallot, minced
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1/8 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 cup freshly chopped flat leaf parsley
