INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup olive oil
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
3 TBSP capers
1 garlic clove, minced, about 2 cloves
1 small shallot, minced
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup freshly chopped flat leaf parsley
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Whisk all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Taste and season with additional salt & pepper, if needed.
