Boneless chicken breasts marinated in a Frank's Red Hot Sauce marinade then pan-seared and drizzled with a buffalo-style sauce made with Frank's Red Hot Sauce.

INGREDIENTS
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 TBSP olive oil
MARINADE:
2 ounces Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp liquid Smoke
SAUCE:
4 ounces Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce
3 TBSP unsalted butter
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Stir together the marinade ingredients in a large container then add the chicken breasts to the marinade and flip to coat.
Place a lid on the container then refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove chicken from the marinade then discard the excess marinade and pat dry the chicken with paper towels.
Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium heat then cook the chicken, 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and allow to rest for about 10 minutes.
Add the 3 TBSP of butter and 4 ounces of hot sauce to the saute pan and cook over medium-low heat , stirring often, until warmed through.
Slice the chicken and drizzle with sauce.
