INGREDIENTS
2 pounds fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
sliced strawberries for garnish
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Add the 2 pounds of strawberries, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 1 cup heavy cream into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Ladle into bowl then garnish with fresh sliced strawberries.
