- For the salad:
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and grated
- 1/2 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, halved and sliced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
- For the dressing:
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 TBSP honey
- 2 tsp chili garlic sauce

Directions
- Toss together all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add all dressing ingredients to a small jar, screw on the lid and shake vigorously until combined.
