For the salad:
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 medium carrot, peeled and grated
1/2 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, halved and sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
For the dressing:
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP honey
2 tsp chili garlic sauce
Total Time: 20 minutes
1. Toss together all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Add all dressing ingredients to a small jar, screw on the lid and shake vigorously until combined.
3. Toss the salad with the dressing and serve.
