INGREDIENTS
10 grape tomatoes, chopped
1 TBSP chopped shallot
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup olive oil
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Blend the tomatoes, shallot, and vinegar with an immersion blender or small stand blender.
Transfer the tomato mixture to a bowl then whisk in the basil, salt, pepper, garlic, mayonnaise and olive oil until well combined.
