Apple Walnut Quick Bread
An easy and delicious apple bread made with walnuts and raw honey.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup peeled and finely diced Granny Smith apple
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly oil a 9x5 loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl whisk together the milk, honey, and egg.
- Stir the wet mixture in with the dry mixture until fully combined to make the batter.
- Stir the apple and walnuts into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack for 15 more minutes before serving.
