INGREDIENTS
8 ounce block of feta cheese
2 ounces cream cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
3 TBSP olive oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
pita chips, crackers, cut veggies, etc. for serving

DIRECTIONS
Break the block of feta cheese in two pieces, rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Add the feta and all other ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth and airy.
Using a spatula transfer the dip to a small bowl and serve with pita chips, crackers, cut veggies, etc.
