INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup plain dried breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2 TBSP soy sauce
1 pound ground pork
1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
4 medium garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
optional:
banana ketchup
for dipping

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a large mixing bowl stir together the breadcrumbs, egg, and soy sauce until well combined.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl (pork, onion, carrot, garlic, salt, and black pepper) then use your hands to mix everything together.
Form the mixture into balls roughly 1-inch in diameter and place them spread out onto a large rimmed baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven until cooked through, about 16 minutes.
