Arugula, Walnut and Blue Cheese Salad with Grapes and Avocado
In a large bowl toss together the arugula, grapes, avocado, red onion, walnuts, and blue cheese.
In a separate bowl whisk together the DRESSING ingredients (olive oil, white balsamic, garlic, Dijon, salt & pepper) until well combined. Taste and seaon with additional salt & pepper if needed.
