- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced

- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- In a large mixing bowl add the arugula, onion, and avocado. Toss to combine.
- In a small bowl whisk together the oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top.
