INGREDIENTS

2 TBSP white balsamic vinegar
2 TBSP olive oil
salt & pepper
2 ounces baby spinach
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 ripe avocado, diced
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl whisk together the vinegar, oil, a dash of salt, and a dash of pepper. Set aside.
Lay a bed of spinach in a large bowl and top with the strawberries and avocado. Drizzle the dressing over top and sprinkle on the walnuts.
