INGREDIENTS
4 boneless pork loin chops, about 1/2-inch thick
1 TBSP olive oil
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Brush both sides of the pork chops with the olive oil then set aside.
Mix together the Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large shallow dish.
Lay the pork chops in the Parmesan mixture and gently press to help the mixture adhere to the pork chop then flip the chops and coat the other side.
Lay the pork chops on the lined baking sheet then bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
Transfer the pork chops to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
