A quick and easy pork chop and green bean dinner consisting of thick-cut boneless pork chops and fresh green beans seasoned and roasted on a sheet pan in the oven and ready in 30 minutes.
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil the place a wire baking rack on top and set aside.
Place the pork chops in a large mixing bowl then drizzle with 1 TBSP of olive oil and sprinkle with the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper.
Toss to coat the pork chops evenly in the oil and spices then lay the pork chops, in a single layer, on one side of the baking rack.
Place the green beans in a large mixing bowl then drizzle on 1 TBSP of olive oil and sprinkle on the 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper and toss to coat.
Spread the green beans out in a single layer on the other side of the baking rack, opposite of the pork chops.
Bake in the preheated oven for until the pork chops have an internal temperature of about 140°F, about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow the pork chops to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
