INGREDIENTS
4 center cut boneless pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick
1 tsp salt
1 TBSP paprika
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp sriracha powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 TBSP peanut oil
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Season chops with the salt. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
In a bowl combine the paprika, cumin,garlic, coriander, sriracha, and pepper.
Dry the pork chops with paper towels. Rub spice mixture all over chops.
Heat the oil over medium heat in a cast iron skillet until oil begins to smoke.
Cook the chops on each side for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Chops should be nicely caramelized and register an internal temperature of 135 degrees F.
