DIRECTIONS
Pound the pork chops so theyre all even, about 1/4-inch thick.
In a shallow bowl mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Beat the egg in a separate shallow bowl then place the bread crumbs in another separate bowl.
Working one at time, dredge a pork chop into the flour mixture until well coated and shake off any excess then dip into the egg and turn to coat, then into the bread crumbs and turn to coat pressing the crumbs onto the chop to help them stick. Place the coated chop on a plate and continue the same process with the remaining chops.
Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat until it just begins to smoke.
Place the chops into the oil and cook for about 1 1/2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Place the chops onto buns and add any optional toppings.
