Garlic Parmesan Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 TBSP freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
1. Add all the ingredients into a jar or other container with a tight fitting lid.
2. Seal the jar with the lid and shake vigorously until well combined.
3. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Shake well before serving.
