Ingredients

1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1 TBSP olive oil
2 pounds boneless pork loin


Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Prepare a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and a baking rack set on top.

2. Combine the salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary and oil together in a small bowl.

3. Rub the seasoning mix all over the pork then lay the pork on the baking rack.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until pork has an internal temperature of 145°F.

5. Remove the pork form the oven and loosely tent with aluminum foil, let rest 15 minutes.

6. Slice and serve.
