CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Separate the ground beef into 6 equal-size pieces and roll into balls then flatten the balls into round patties, 5-inches in diameter.
Season both sides of the patties generously with salt and pepper.
Heat a griddle to 375°F.
Lay the beef patties on the hot griddle and cook for about 3 minutes.
Flip the patties, now lay the jalapeno slices evenly on top of 2 of the patties then top all the patties with a slice of cheese.
Use a large metal mixing bowl to cover the burgers and cook the patties about 3 more minutes or until cooked through.
Lay the patties with the jalapenos onto the bottom half of the burger buns then top those patties with the remaining patties.
Add optional toppings to your burgers and enjoy.
