INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 medium garlic clove, minced
salt & freshly ground black pepper
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Add the oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon, garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper to a jar with a tight fitting lid.
Screw the jar lid on tightly then shake vigorously to blend.
Season with salt & pepper to taste.
