DIRECTIONS
Saute the mushrooms in 1 TBSP of the oil over high heat for 3 minutes. Drain in a mesh strainer, pushing to release all liquid.
In a large mixing bowl combine the drained mushrooms with the ground turkey, gelatin, soy sauce, bread crumbs, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
Dived mixture into 4 equal balls and form into patties. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat the remaining 1 TBSP oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 4 minutes then flip and cook 4 more minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F.
Place the Swiss cheese on top of each burger and allow to melt. Serve on toasted challah buns with your favorite condiment(s).
