No Knead Rye Sandwich Bread
A quick and easy light rye batter bread.

Ingredients
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 2 1/4 cups warm water
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 cup medium rye flour
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 TBSP caraway seeds
- olive oil
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl stir together the yeast and water then stir in the flours, salt, and caraway seeds until well combined.
- Lightly oil an 8x4-inch bread loaf pan with olive oil then spread the dough into the loaf pan evenly.
- Set the loaf pan aside and allow the dough to rise for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.
- Take the bread out of the oven and remove the bread from the loaf pan onto a wire rack (you may need to go around the edges with a thin spatula or knife to release the bread) and allow to cool before slicing.
