INGREDIENTS
7oz Camembert or brie cheese
3 dashes Hungarian paprika
1 tsp yellow onion, grated and squeezed dry
2 TBSP butter, softened
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Remove rind from the cheese and place into a mixer.
Add the paprika and onion and beat on medium antil light and fluffy.
Add the butter and whip for 30 seconds.
Serve at room temperature with pretzels.
