In a bowl combine all the ingredients for the sauce and whisk together. There will be flecks of butter throughout and that thats OK.
Toss the wing in the sauce. Turn the oven to 425 degrees F.
Using tongs line the wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet lined with foil. Save the leftover sauce. (WARNING: the sauce has had raw chicken in it, so do not eat any that has not been put into the oven!)
Roast the wings for 30 minutes. Baste with sauce. Turn each over and baste the other side with sauce.
Roast the wings for 20 more minutes and then baste each side again. Discard any excess sauce.
Roast for 20 more minutes.
Arrange on a platter and sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds.
