Toss the Parmesan and pepper together in a bowl then spoon a heaping Tablespoon of the Parmesan mixture onto the baking sheet then press it down to form a flat circle roughly 3-inches in diameter.
Continue making circles with the rest of the Parmesan mixture, keeping the circles about 1-inch apart from one another.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes.
Take the crisps out of the oven and allow to cool for about 15 minutes.
