Ingredients
- 1 globe tomato diced, about 1 cup
- 1/4 cup yellow onion, small diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 TBSP cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp diced jalapenos
- 1 TBSP oil

- Mix all ingredients and let sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes and up to an hour.
- Serve or refrigerate for later.
