Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
1 globe tomato diced, about 1 cup
1/4 cup yellow onion, small diced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 TBSP cilantro leaves, chopped
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp diced jalapenos
1 TBSP oil
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients and let sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes and up to an hour.
