INGREDIENTS
1 small head of green cabbage, cored and finely shredded
2 medium carrots, peeled and grated
3 TBSP fresh lemon juice
2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1 TBSP olive oil
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
salt & freshly ground black pepper
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Mix together the cabbage and carrots in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl stir together the lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the cabbage and carrots then toss to combine.
Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
