- Heat 1 tsp of the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Generously season the chicken strips with salt and pepper and cook in the skillet for about 5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Oil a pizza pan or baking sheet with 1 tsp of the cooking oil. Prepare your pizza dough and roll out and place it on your oiled pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Spread 3/4 of the BBQ sauce evenly on the dough. Sprinkle on the cheddar cheese, top with the cooked chicken and then drizzle on the remaining BBQ sauce.
- Bake pizza in the preheated oven 15 to 17 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
