In a large bowl toss together the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onions, and parsley.
In a separate small bowl mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, and 1/8 tsp salt. Pour over the vegetables in the large bowl and toss to combine. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
