Oven Roasted Sriracha Wings
Spicy wings with an Asian influence and just the perfect amount of char.

Ingredients
- 4 pounds chicken wings
- SAUCE:
- 4 TBSP unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sriracha
- 2 TBSP honey
- 1 1/2 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 TBSP freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 TBSP rice vinegar
- GARNISH:
- 1 TBSP cilantro, cut into thin strips
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Directions
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients for the sauce and whisk together. There will be flecks of butter throughout and that thats OK.
- Toss the wing in the sauce. Turn the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Using tongs line the wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet lined with foil. Save the leftover sauce. (WARNING: the sauce has had raw chicken in it, so do not eat any that has not been put into the oven!)
- Roast the wings for 30 minutes. Baste with sauce. Turn each over and baste the other side with sauce.
- Roast the wings for 20 more minutes and then baste each side again. Discard any excess sauce.
- Roast for 20 more minutes.
- Arrange on a platter and sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds.
