INGREDIENTS
1 TBSP baking powder
1 TBSP smoked paprika
1 TBSP garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
4 pounds chicken wings, cut into wingettes and drumettes
2 tsp peanut oil

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper then set aside.
In a small bowl mix together the baking powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper then set aside.
Pat the wings dry with paper towels then place them in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the peanut oil over the chicken wings then toss to coat evenly.
Now sprinkle the seasoning mix over the wings and toss again to coat evenly in the seasoning mix.
Lay the wings in a single layer onto the lined baking sheets at least 1/2-inch apart.
Place the wings in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Rotate the baking sheets so the wings cook evenly then baked for 20 more minutes.
Take the wings out of the oven and allow to rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
