Pat the pork tenderloin dry and place in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk all the ingredients for the chimichurri sauce together until well combined.
Pour 1/4 cup of the chimichurri sauce over the pork and allow it to marinate in the bowl for about 10 minutes, set the remaining chimichurri sauce to side for later.
Heat an oven proof skillet over medium-high heat.
Put the pork tenderloin into the hot skillet and sear on all sides, about 2 minutes per side.
Place the skillet in the oven and cook for about 8 minutes or until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the pork reaches 145°F.
Transfer the pork to a cutting board and allow to rest for about 10 minutes
Slice the pork and serve with the remaining chimichurri sauce on the side.
