In a large bowl mix together the breadcrumbs and milk then let sit for about 5 minutes to allow the breadcrumbs to absorb the milk.
Using your hands, mix in all the remaining ingredients (beef, pork, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, thyme, parsley, rosemary, fennel, and black pepper) until well combined.
Form the meat mixture into a rectangle shape roughly 1 and 1/2 inches high and place in the air fryer basket.
Air fry the meatloaf at 325°F for about 1 hour or until the meatloaf has an internal temperature of about 155°F.
Transfer the meatloaf to a serving plate and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
