Ingredients

  • 2 pounds russet potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch thick round slices
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Place the sliced potatoes into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes then sprinkle on the salt, garlic, and pepper.
  4. Toss to coat all the potatoes evenly in oil and spices.
  5. Spread the potatoes out in a single layer onto a large baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes then flip and bake about 15 more minutes.
