DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Add the cream cheese, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan, and basil leaves to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Scrape the mixture into a mixing bowl and stir in the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the cubed mozzarella and tomatoes and stir to combine.
Scrape mixture into a pie plate or ceramic tart pan and bake until bubbly and beginning to brown, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately with the toasted bread and/or crackers.
