INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 medium garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper



DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl mix together the oil, garlic, oregano, crushed red pepper, 1/8 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper.
  2. Taste and season with additional salt & pepper if needed.
