INGREDIENTS
2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
salt & freshly ground black pepper
6 ounces sour cream
3 TBSP milk
1/8 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp dried dill
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Put the potatoes into a large pot and cover completely with cold water then stir in 1/2 tsp salt and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Boil the potatoes until just slightly tender, about 10 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream, milk, basil, thyme, dill, mustard, garlic, onion, oregano, and parsley until well combined.
Add the potatoes to the bowl and stir to combine then spread the potatoes out into an 8x8-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the cheese on top of the potatoes then cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
Take the foil off the baking dish and continue to cook the potatoes for about 10 more minutes, or until bubbly.
