Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the corn and jalapeno to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until corn is slightly charred, about 8 minutes.
Stir in the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 10 seconds then stir in the feta cheese. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the mayo, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, and cilantro until well combined. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
