Servings: makes 2 cups of croutons
Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

2 cups 1/2-inch cubed sourdough bread, about (4 to 5 ounces)
2 TBSP olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Spread out your cubed bread onto a baking sheet.

3. Drizzle bread with olive oil then sprinkle on the salt, pepper, and garlic.

4. Stir the bread with a spatula to evenly distribute the oil and spices.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes stirring the croutons halfway through baking.

6. Remove croutons from the oven and allow to sit 5 minutes.
