INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • pizza sauce, shredded cheese, and toppings



DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F.
  2. Lightly oil a large pizza pan or an 18x13-inch baking sheet and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl mix together the flours, baking powder, salt, and water until well combined and a dough is formed.
  4. Knead the dough by hand for a few minutes then form into a ball.
  5. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to the size of your pan then transfer the dough onto the pan.
  6. Spread your pizza sauce on the dough then sprinkle with shredded cheese and top with your choice of toppings.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
