Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Form the pork mixture into sausage shape logs roughly 1-inch thick and 7-inches long.
Roll each sausage tightly in a piece of parchment paper then twist the ends.
Place the wrapped sausages in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and help keep their shape.
When ready to cook: Heat up a large skillet over medium heat then unwrap the sausages and cook them, carefully turning them occasionally, until cooked through and well browned on all sides, 12 to 15 minutes.
