INGREDIENTS
CHICKEN:
2 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 8 ounces each)
3 TBSP mayonnaise
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 medium avocado, thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
2 burger buns
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
In a large mixing bowl stir together the oil, paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and toss to coat the chicken in the oil and spices.
Heat a cast-iron pan over medium heat.
When the pan is hot cook the chicken breasts in the pan for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through.
In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, lime juice, and cayenne.
Place a chicken breast on each bun along with the avocado, lettuce, and spicy mayo.
