INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed, outer leaves removed, and halved lengthwise
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 1/2 TBSP white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper



DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the brussels sprouts in a large bowl and drizzle on the oil and balsamic vinegar then sprinkle on the salt & pepper and toss to coat the brussels sprouts.
  3. Spread the brussels sprouts out in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Roast the brussels sprouts in the preheated oven until tender and charred in spots, 20 to 25 minutes.
