Oven Roasted Green Beans
Fresh green beans seasoned with garlic, salt, and pepper then oven roasted and served with fresh lemon wedges.

Ingredients
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- lemon wedges for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°.
- Rinse the green beans thoroughly under cold water. Trim the ends of the green beans and if necessary cut the beans into smaller pieces (roughly 3-inches in length).
- Place the green beans in a large mixing bowl then drizzle on the oil and sprinkle on the garlic, salt, and pepper and toss to coat.
- Spread then green beans out in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until the beans are tender and have a few brown spots here and there.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
