INGREDIENTS

Place the wings in a large slow cooker.
Whisk together the garlic powder, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl.
Pour the sauce over the wings and toss to coat.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook, on LOW, for 3 hours.
Preheat the oven broiler.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper then lay the wings in a single layer on top.
Brush a little of the remaining liquid from the slow cooker onto the wings.
Place the wings under the broiler and cook until they just begin to char, 3 to 5 minutes.
Take the wings out of the oven and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
